Hi! I just want to ask some questions about the application forms.. My sister graduated & become a RN in the Philippines last 2007. She and my parents are currently living in Vancouver since May this year. We're just confused about the note on page 5 of form 16 asking for info about her nursing employers whether it is paid or unpaid. I've read from the past threads that this is pertaining to Canadian employers ONLY. Since she arrived in Canada a few months ago, she has not yet been employed there. But she volunteered for 10 mos in a clinic in our province, 4 mos in a tertiary hospital in Manila and did training in another hospital for 3 mos in QC. She even have IVT & BLS license. She already calculated her total hours worked for 2007 & 2008. But she got stuck in the questions about the nsg employers. Is she still require to submit the form 37 to those institution or not? Another questions is she didn't put any institution recepient of her IELTS score because she wants to be sure that she passed first before submitting it to any institution. Is she supposed to pass her copy of the results or arranged it to where she apply for the test? Thanks in advance.

My sister just finished her 4 mos training and from what she told me, she is still waiting for the schedule of her clinical exam. Some of her classmates are now working there already. But I don't know if it's true that you must be in the upper 90% of the batch.

the CETN fee is P10T for 3 months..still same requirements when applying..

my sister signed up for the may batch in st jude hospital in manila and from what I know they'll conduct it every month.. amang rodriguez only conduct it every other month..

Is it possible that instead of the school and PRC, you will send both of the papers that they have issued (as long as it is sealed by them) in one courier mail? or mail the papers from my school along with my CES application? I’m worried that it will cost me more to have it send individually since I still have to send the application forms and the FP card separately. And does anybody here know what the minimum length of wait is before they issue the ATT? I’m also worried that I will not have enough time to review for the exam.

it's just a review center in the U-belt area in manila. don't worry, I'm not enrolled in their review for the nclex exam. I'm a part-time review assistant to their local boards review. I just got alarmed when they said that to the students and start giving some papers on how to apply for licensure in CA.

sad to say..the news came from my instructor in a review center..

just wanna ask if it's true that you can only apply for CA or NM licensure if you're planning to take your nclex exam here in the Philippines?!

do I have to pass the toefl first before I can take the nclex exam?!

ah..ok..so if I'm planning to work and live in Chicago..i should apply directly to their BON and not to CA BON where it is easier to apply for they don't require the CES, unlike in Illinois BON, before they decide if you can sit for the nclex exam..?!

hi! newbie hir..i just wanna ask if the Saunders - Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX examination referred by suzanne is the same as the Saunders NCLEX Reviewer 3rd ed?! it's because that's the only book that is being displayed in the bookstore near us?! i'm just curious..tnx!
