Dear Suzanne, My Packet 3 reached US Consulate and they informed me to contact them on 2nd week of Oct for Visa Interview date. (US Consulate also give us PCC request paper and DS230 Part II form) I would like to if there is Retrogression cutt off. Is it effect our interview or not. My I140, DS230 (NVC) is already approved. Only pending is visa interview. Please advise L George

I would like to know if there is any backlog (like 2005) for immigration visa now. My visa file (packet 3) in US Consulate and US consulate told me to contact them after 3 months for visa interview date. They informed me that they did not receive visa number.
