Finally!!!!!!!!!!
It's been a month and a day and guess what???? I finally got my results and yes..... I finally passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :balloons: Yaaaaaaayyyyyy!!!! I'm soooooo happy!!!! It took me four tries and I finally did it. Just when I lost all hope, things are starting to fall into place. I'm so surprised that I passed. When I left the testing room, I had mixed emotions and all I remember were two questions on the exam. The rest, I forgot. I remember thinking about that last question and just telling myself that I needed to get that question right. So I guess I got that last question right since I passed. Oh yeah..... my computer shut down at 85. So to those of you that have taken it a couple of times...... please keep trying. It doesn't matter how long it takes, just know that one day, you will pass. To those of you who wants to know what books I used....... I used Nclex-Pn Saunder's Q&A 3rd edition. I did the book first and read it at work(don't remember how many questions I did in a day) and after I was done with that, I did the cd(100 questions a day). So yeah..... thanks to all of you in this website. You guys have helped me so much and gave me support. Goodluck to all of you who are or will be taking your test!:monkeydance::balloons:

Please Help Me
Hi there! I know exactly how you feel. I too have failed 3 times and will be taking it again for the 4th time. I feel like a failure too..... but I will try again. I guess it wasn't our time huh? Next time I take it, I will try suzanne's plan. It's free and you just use the saunder's book. I've heard a lot of people who uses it passes. See I've heard of her plan on my third try, but decided to study on my own. Mayn that was a mistake. I know we'll be able to pass.... I guess we just have to think positive and keep trying. Well the best of luck to you! Let me know what happens.... take care!

feel like i did so bad..
Hi there! I know exactly how you feel. I've taken the test 3 times already and have failed. I feel like such a failure. In a way... I feel like giving up too but then I start to think about if I did, I would have wasted all that time going to LVN school. There's alot of people out there who took several times so you and I are not alone. Keep trying..... that's what I always tell myself. I can't wait for the day when I finally pass and tell everyone. I know that I will be so proud of myself. Keep your head up high, try suzanne's plan. I think I will do that next time I take it.

Has anyone stopped at 85 and failed?
I failed at 85 the second time. You either do good or really bad. So I did really bad=(. But I have a fren who stopped at 85 and passed. So..... who knows. The number of questions doesn't help w/ knowing if you passed or not. Just pray that you did, hehe. Good luck to you!

Took Nclex PN 11/15-Going Crazy!
Hi Haley! I know exactly how you feel. I just took my exam for the third time on 11/18 and I still haven't gotten my results yet. I live in california and I know that you can get your results 2 weeks or even a month. It sucks to wait and other people have quick results and we don't. Just hang in there..... you probably passed. Me on the other hand..... who knows, hehe.

Failed 2nd time....... stopped at 85.
Thanks for all the support. I actually have finished reading the Kaplan book, but to tell you the truth...... I'm still having a hard time. I keep trying to use the strategies it gives me..... but I end up forgetting and just using my critical thinking. I'm thinking of trying the ncsbn learning extension. And I've also gotten into the habit of being lazy. After I bombed that exam..... I just feel like I don't even want to study anymore. I know that's not a good attitude...... but I don't really know anymore. I'm not giving up.... just don't have that much confidence like before. But I do know that I will definitely take my time w/ this third exam. I don't think I'll be taking it anytime soon though, I'll just keep busy w/ work and study here and there. Oh and as for where I got the kaplan book..... I got it at Barne's and nobles. Oh yeah and Kaplan has a med book, but it's an RN version. Do you think I should buy it? One of my weaknesses is pharmacology.

Failed 2nd time....... stopped at 85.
Thanks for all the support=). I actually just bought the Kaplan book and started reading it. Seems like a good book, hopefully this one will help. I'm also going to take my CNA test cuz I really need a job right now and plus.... it will look good on my resume too. When I take my LVN exam again, I will keep you guys posted. Hopefully 3rd's gonna be a charm. Bye!

Failed 2nd time....... stopped at 85.
I'm feeling pretty low right now. I just got my nclex-pn results yesterday, waiting for 4 agonizing weeks and you know what........ I failed:o . I was surprised because I felt really good about the exam, I really thought I passed this time. This was my second time taking the exam and I just feel so angry that I have to take it again. I feel like I don't have any more confidence in myself. For those of you who have taken your nclex-pn....... can you tell me what books you used to study? I have saunders and I went to a review(which didn't help me much). I just really want to get on the right path. Maybe I'm studying the wrong material. Please help!

LVN Question
I don't know if your school does this. But at my school...... we could ask our DON for the CNA papers(to take the CNA exam). After we fill those out and pay, the DON would send them for us w/ a letter saying that we did all of the required CNA clinicals. If you don't want to do CNA, you could get a permit.... but you would need a good reason for not taking the exam in 6 months.

STILL WAITING for RESULTS :0(
hi joy..... jus wondering..... did you get your results yet? Cuz I haven't received mines. I'm waiting this week and if I don't get it.... I'm going to call them.

STILL WAITING for RESULTS :0(
You're right evita...... but for LVN's you can't check it on the website. They wont post your name unless you passed and paid for your license. All we can do is wait for 2-4 weeks.=(

STILL WAITING for RESULTS :0(
hi there...... I know how you feel. The first time I took it..... I knew that I failed. I had up to 150 questions. I took it again the second time and stopped at 85. But this time... I have a really good feeling about it. Hopefully that feeling is a good sign that I passed. It's been 2 weeks now and still haven't received my results. I hate checking my mailbox...... I always remember the time when I got the big envelope w/ the retake papers. I hate how we can't get quick results, it's just not fair. Well goodluck to you, I hope you passed.
