Better study on your own. If youre the type whose very disciplined, then doing it by yourself is much better than listening to long hours of lectures. I made it on my own with 2months of straight studies (5hours) everyday...Goodluck..hope it works for you.:studyowl:

I was filed originally in California but due to backlog reasons, they dont process nurses I140's thats why mine was sent to Mesquite, TX and it was a blessing since it was approved faster because texas service is currently up to date in processing their I140's. I am now in the process of waiting for my approval for I485. They asked for additional evidence which is VSC so I mailed it to them. hopefully, in a few weeks they could update me again. Its nice to know news/stories about processing for nurses for we are in a foreign land and we need support from one another. Goodluck to all of us.. The battle is not yet won...not after graduating from a BSN degree...not after passing nclex..not after having an employer...but in living the ultimate american dream...

Thanks for that info. Im really happy for you...I have to wait for my mail though to sent out the documents that I need. Hope they would acknowledge it as soon as they receive it..thanks for the hope that 2wks or less, the green card would be in my hand. Thanks suzanne. I have my VSC with me. I dont want to stress out myself thinking that I should have attached it when I applied...no point in regrets. it might not make any difference at all should it? If they asked for it, then I would just present it with them..One of my colleagues was not even asked for his VSC and he was so lucky to have received his green card in the mail. In due time, I know it will be processed. For the meantime I need to content myself with my EAD which enables me to earn my living. (Just cant go home yet to visit my folks:bluecry1:
