Took Nclex On May 27th... Anyone Else????
Soon2bRN, Good Luck on your test. I took my nclex on June 3, and am on pin and needles. My test also cut off on 85 questions. I felt the questions were very hard. I live in Mississippi and they do not participate in the quick results service. I am hoping I will not have to wait 4 weeks to know if I passed or failed. Let me know when you get your results and I will do the same.

Anatomy Summer 2006 Club
I took the first exam test today for my 4 week A&P1 course. It covered chapters 1 & 2. I made a 92 on the test, but am happy with my grade because there were only 4 A's and 1 B . Most of the grades were D's and F's. I just hope I can keep my average up because I must have a C (75) to start the ADN program in the fall.

1st Anatomy class today
Today was my first day of A&P1 also, and I loved it. It will be hard but it will pay off in the end. For me, taking the course crammed into 4 weeks will help me to remember what I've learned. Study hard and you will do great. :studyowl: Donna

A&P for Summer 2006
I am taking A&P 1 starting June 5th. through June 30th.then A&P2 July 10th through August 4th. I have heard they made A&P very hard to weed out the applicants for the nursing programs. This class will be my first class in 34 years and I am very nervous. I would love to have a support club as I need all the help I can get! Good luck with your classes. Donna

Sitting on pins and needles!
I am a fifty-year-old grandmother who is going back to school after quitting 34 years ago, I start A&P in June, and hope to be amitted to the ADN program in August. I talked to the head of the nursing program a couple of weeks ago and she said I had a very good chance of getting in this year. I made a 26 on my ACT and worked for 4 years as a CNA. I am very glad to have found this sight. It is very encourging to me to know there are other people like me who are waiting to find out if they will make it. If there is anyone out there who is starting nursing at my age please let me here from you. Donna
