  1. I bought my IMCI at one bookshop, but if I were you I'd go borrow it from someone instead. I believe you really won't use it after nle unless you want a job as a public health nurse.
  2. thank you all for the info
  3. . I do know the common ones like fowlers but still I get confused with the others. please help me with different positions
  4. pennyharmon, Try to have a quiet moment, once a day. and if you have a way to exercise, do it. It may you extra strength to last the day. And most importantly, talk to someone (family or intimate relationship) you LOVE:pumpiron: and.. There is an existing Health and Stress Management 101 sub-forum fyi
  5. make a list of all (or common) psychotic and non-psychotic mental illness then have a shallow definition of each. if you want an easier one, read about Therapeutic Communication. This topic is very easy to understand. though this is a killer in my exam. for neuro, review the anatomy, then if you have a list of diseases, read about what interests you most.
  6. If yes, would you recommend this to be helpful for a student or rn in the philippine setting??
  7. thanks for all the replies abooker, your pov clearly corrects my position, I was really thinking of buying this book..and I hate it when I saw that Type O should avoid ketchup :angryfire anyway, in my own opinion, Fit For Life still is the best book on diet..
  8. These can either be relaxing or stressful or both... 1.Communicate with the people you love in person or through (email,text,etc..) 2. Go to family, highschool reunion (sometimes..be prepared for their health-related questions) 3. Watch the kind of tv shows that you love! 4. And in case you want something out of nursing world, think of a project/lesson then set a plan (that can be accomplished after a months/weeks) then do it one day at a time, and beat the deadline. as GramsDoll3 said LAUGH OFTEN! :trout:
  9. Anybody here familiar with this kind of diet?
  10. caringnursenj and twinbee25 thanks for your reply! other answers are welcome.
