literally SAME. its like an INSTANT reject LOL. was feeling kinda down about it bc I honestly don't know what could get me rejected this fast unless theyre realllly reallllly specific about who they wanna interview? possibly internal? context: I have my RN, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, BLS, EKG cert, CNA experience, ma experience, hospital volunteer experience... im sad abt it cuz I thought I wouldve had at least a chance at med surg....

hey ! just an update, status changed to "others more competitive" 5/12/26 for Hillcrest 11 PCU + Hillcrest 6 West PCU. I think others also mentioned these two units in this forum, so it seems like these two departments are ahead in terms of screening for applicants / are finishing up. Good luck everyone :)
