Honestly its so much nepotism its crazy. Anyone I know who got a job it was through their mom being some head charge nurses or something for 25 years. What states do you recommend

Hello I have applied at every single hospital w an opening. I have given up on where I graduated & the surrounding areas its hyper competitive and Ai filter you cant even get an interview. Where is it a little easier or do I just sit out until I have a BSN?

tbh I have heard it actually similar to Saddleback program and most people who get into both just go to the ones that closer in proximity to them. Im only going off a bad impression by one of the teachers I took who I believe may not actually even be part of the program anymore. Take my perspective on this w a grain of salt tbh.
