When I called the call centre a little while ago experiencing the same issue, they said it takes a few days for payments to be processed. If you're worried, you can contact the university via the contact form on your launchpad or the phone number provided, and they should be able to give you some information as to when you can enrol or if your payment has been processed yet.

I was in contact with the faculty. The health and safety requirement deadline is October 1.

Perhaps you would be interested in contacting U of A and asking them if they have an update for you! I had sent them an email regarding this on Tuesday but have yet to hear back.

How amazing! I loved studying psychology, too! It was an interest of mine for a long time so I'm hoping once I become a nurse I can get into a field that integrates aspects of both nursing and mental health/wellness.
