I actually think that some of you are simply lazy and don't like patient care and advance degrees allows you away from patient care and strokes your fragile egos. I have yet to see the difference between an advanced degree nurse and an experienced nurse re knowledge and ability! What I do see is that advanced degrees allows the practicing individual to hang back and not participate, until it's time to garner attention! No amount of theoretical knowledge can substitute for experience as many Europeans embrace, with apprenticeship programs. You can study all the intricacies of starting an IV all day, but you will never get the hang until you practice real world! Be honest, it's a watered down MD degree with the minimal salary for wanna be Drs who can't cut the grade. Research I understand, but even that requires a certain perspective to succeed. Sure, analytics can get you through, but success is pattern recognition and intuition! Use it for telehealth, IMO! Stay off the units!

I am not exaggerating, I literally break out in hives as in an allergic reaction just by looking at a picture of trump or a Ted Cruz type and if it was legal, I would pay huge amounts of money to watch them tortured! They absolutely know that what they say and do is causing pain and suffering to their followers and still they do it because of greed and indecency! The only silver lining, is that their followers are the ones mostly suffering! I really do love EVOLUTION AND NATURAL SELECTION! Unbiased, clinical, efficiency!

IT'S why they watch us, because we are zoo animals, completely different from the rest of the real world! Even to Canadians! Not only is our politics different, we actually think differently from other people. We have an alien perspective compared to the real world. People save money in the rest of the world, we spend money and borrow to create a great credit score for future loans to spend money we don't have! We have politicians that lie to the extent that instead of just dismissing them completely from our lives, we have companies like facebook etc that actually thrive on the lies. And we did it to ourselves! We have embraced consumerism and the lying advertising industry so completely, that even our religions and its leaders have embraced that version of reality! We have a Supreme Court that is so biased and corrupt, it can only be compared to a corrupt third world country's! And this is normalcy to us! It's only after you have lived abroad in other first world countries, that you can see just how alien and bizarre we really are! I actually don't even think people flock here for work or money, but instead, for the American portrayal they see on televisions and movies! Even our broke, poor, living paycheck to paycheck people, want their Burger King or a new car to drive, with money they don't have instead of a good old used car or cooking a meal and will vote for somebody who will take away their health care or rights to have an abortion or actually vote AND DO IT WILLINGLY because they are so BRAINWASHED! I think that people reading this post will not have a clue or even take the time to even consider what I'm implying here, and that's my point! I don't think that a regular American earning around $55k with the expected educational achievement, would last a few months in a similar European country without going crazy, because they are so alien to others. NO ONE puts up with the lies and *** that we tolerate here and just go about their everyday lives! Even in Hungary or Russia, they know, that they are being conned!

He's a habitual liar and conman just like trump and most of the GOP, so I would more than likely believe the opposite of what he says or they say! Very difficult to fool me twice!

I think you might rethink that statement at some point. The huge amount of elderly people despite vaccination and the other demographics of republicans in that state, literally guarantees a fiasco of some kind. I can't think of any republican leaning state or republican demographic that doesn't stumble from one disaster to another, frequently!

Florida had over 60,000 people die from Covid and in a Schizophrenic republican way, DeSantis is now claiming that cases which are dropping because of the vaccine, which his administration distributed, but he railed against, to the point of wanting to prosecute companies personally if anyone got ill after vaccination, after he was the most antivaxxer and antimasker governor around! Let's see what those mitigation methods look like against, how many people died or was seriously sickened when they couldn't get help because of overflowing ERs and long term effects? I honestly don't know how republicans are capable of looking at other people in the eyes except themselves, as if we have the same selective memory as they do? You had better so some further research. You do not have the right to instigate a crime or cause harm willingly to others by instigation! Sooner or later, foreigners will realize just how weak our antitrust laws are and with the greed and lack of patriotism of Americans, they will do a Fox Noise and allow another foreigner like Murdoch to either buy up another news source or go third party through a hedge fund investor group and influence our country even more with disinformation! Americans are inherently greedy and reckless and republicans doubly so. Let them in and with their abysmal lack of knowledge, they will destroy this country!
