  1. Broke My HCA Contract

I just saw that on the internet today! I think that’s wonderful. I wonder if it will ever change in other states, during my life time.
  2. Broke My HCA Contract

Definitely not like that. A car is an asset that you can sell for money. A $10,000 penalty is a penalty and in a lot of these contacts there is no bonus received.
  3. Broke My HCA Contract

HCA has this penalty in place without scholarships or bonuses. I've also received long orientations without having to worry about paying a penalty for leaving

  10. HCA StaRN contract

There’s a designated length of time for all nurse residents... it doesn’t change. On med surg it’s 5 weeks but you take patients during this time and you can have preceptors that don’t help you so it is basically the same as being a nurse on the floo...
  11. HCA StaRN contract

I’m in the same. boat. My advice is to get another job at the end of the 2 years. I could be wrong but I think this company does not treat their nurses so well. If that doesn’t work out for me, I’m going into community nursing/doctors offic...
