  1. Your friend is correct, A/P1-Lec and Lab,Math 118,and English 101 are the course that are required to begin the program. Good luck
  2. I'm not able to recheive my private messages. My other email adress is [email protected]
  3. Yes, I begin April 17 and Orientatiom begins April 10. Sorry it took me soo long to respond but my online courses keep me very busy.
  4. I'm sorry to hear that you stiil have not received your letter. Yes my sister did receive her letter and about 6 other people I know. We were at Charity March 08 deciding on what Hospital to attend. Well I hope everything works out for you and maybe it wouldn't hurt if you'd go down to Charity to find out if your name was included in that out going mail. Sorry it took sooooooo long for me to get back with you but these online classes are a serious headache.
  5. I received my letter and I must complete the process. Their pushing us to turn in accept/reject-the students from Jan has the option of beginning in April or Aug. The good thing about this for the both of you-the April's class is empty:) ! The students are refusing the April's class because they've heard that it is extremely accelerated. Now, I'm required to meet all these different guidelines-fingerprints, background check, nursing board authorization, etc Don't worry. I figure no news is always good news. Another thing there doing advising this week and someone said that they'll be late registration for students accepted in mid Feb. Continue calling, emailing, and making visits up there it'll pay off! I'm soooooooo :sofahider tired-I'm taking micro/ap 2 lec online! Well good luck and keep me posted.
  6. Theres no organization! These people are full of ? I don't understand why these people are giving students so much hope. They could make this so much easier. Why not give everyone the same info? It woukd be much easier and less confussion. I hope that the info that they've given to me is accurate. Guess I have no other choice but to be patient like almost everyone else. I'll keep you posted if anything happens.
  7. Who is Ms. Richie? "Don't believe what you read." The staff is giving false info to its students. More than 5 students reported back to me that they requested early admission and were told to request it by writting the needed info on a sheet of paper, and the info was then plaed in their file. I know that their overwhelmed but they need to be more professional with the way they handle bussiness. Please if you can provide me with the site or info to email Ms Egar or Ms Richie. Thanks, please keep me posted.
  8. I took the AP 2 lab @ the West Bank campus, the class was pretty accelerated. I did pretty well in the class,I received an A. Trust me I earned every bit of it. I would never do anything as Foolish as that again ,but I was pretty desprate and anxious to begin nursing school so I decided to take the class. I guess you can say that things worked out. Are you able to provide me with her email address? Thanks.
  9. Did you receive that info today? I hope that everything will workout for you.Keep me posted, maybe we'll take a class together. Good luck.
  10. It's plenty but you'll do just fine. GOOOOD LUUUUUCK!
  11. Trust me you are not the only one feeling this way.Not only do I not retain the info immediatrly, I write it,record it,draw it,and spend many many hours studying it!The blood type was confusing for me also. I decided to make a chart on a poster AB ABO and etc then I read up on it using my AP book after that I compared it with the lab manual. Guess what it worked. Continue giving it your all.You managed in AP 1, you'll manage in AP 2. Keep me posted .
  12. I hope everything works out for your family. Charity is really trying but they lack certain resources. Good luck with school. Thanks alot.
  13. If you have the time to go to Charity you can request eary admission. My sister went there today and she requested early admission. She was told to write on a sheet of paper that she would like to be considered for early admission. They informed her that their are openings in Aprils class and as long as you have the needed documents you will be considered. If you have the resources I have the # of a lady who does CPR certification and you receive your certification the same day. Even if your accepted 2 major documents are needed 1)CPR certification 2)Student nurse liability you can obtain this info at www.nso.com it's student nurse profession liability. I am also enrolled but I'm taking online courses since classes @ Charity will begin in April. My online classes are beginnig Jan 14-May and Charity April-the end of July or the beginning of Aug. Then 2nd semester will begin Aug-Dec.I'm taking MICRO/AP 2 LEC.I took the AP 2 LAB durning the intersession. Let me know how you make out.
