  1. Definitely don’t give up! You sound so passionate about the field, any school would be lucky to have you as a student. Best of luck to you ? You’re welcome!
  2. I didn’t notice whether the checklist disappeared or not last year. The first time I applied I got rejected, and the rejection came via an email instructing me to log on to the applicant portal and the letter was there waiting
  3. Hey everyone, I went ahead and created a facebook group facebook: https://m.facebook.com/groups/140073897964532?view=group
  4. Absolutely. Acceptances also went out as late as July last year
  5. Congratulations to those accepted so far! ? To those still waiting to hear back or those that have been waitlisted, best of luck, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you!
  6. Congratulations to you as well! ?
  7. Congratulations to you!! ?? Not for the ABSN program and transcripts can be sent to admissions later once you have it
  8. Hi there, I don’t believe there is a word count limit, (unless specified on the application itself), but general guideline is ~500 words Hi there, that’s definitely fine. Double check with admissions as well, but I believe they hold off on reviewing the application until all parts are submitted. Good luck!
  9. Hi Elizabeth and welcome! I did an interview, it was really brief and they asked two questions: 1. Tell us about the last book you read and 2. Tell us about yourself/why you want to be a nurse (I can’t remember that question exactly)
  10. Good luck to you too! ✨ I believe it’s 2/3 max
  11. Welcome and good luck! Keep us posted ?
  12. You’re welcome, good luck!
  13. Hi there, if ordering through a transcript service, you’d have your transcript sent to ‘Pace Graduate Admission’
  14. Hi there and welcome, congratulations on getting into a nursing program! ? I heard back pretty late, end of July of this year (for Fall 2020). Based on previous forums, there seems to be a range in when decisions go out. I wish I had more information for you.
  15. Hi and welcome! Good luck to you as well☺️
  16. Welcome Angelinema and good luck! Keep us posted
  17. Hi Louel, as of this year, ~$65k

  20. That’s awesome, do you have a top choice?
  21. Hi there! Sorry to hear you weren’t able to make the Spring 2021 deadline. I hope you get in for Fall 2021. I also submitted an application to Binghamton’s program. Are you also applying to other programs?
  22. Hi everyone, decided to start a thread for the Fall 2021 cohort since one wasn’t created yet. (Super early, I know LOL) I was accepted for Fall 2020 but decided to defer. Would love to connect with those who’ve applied/been accepted.
  23. WOW! what a wonderful, well thought out response! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this, you really are amazing! I am currently in the US and it does sound like the nursing school experience is what it is wherever you are in the world. I’m so glad to see that you’re doing better and almost at the finish line, well done! Also happy to see that you would do it all again if given the chance and that you’re choosing to stick with the profession. I wish you all the best, I think you’ll make an amazing nurse, the field will be lucky to have you. I am also taking a screenshot of your message and referring back to it once I’m in the program because you included so much useful advice and tips!
