It was months before I heard back and was ultimately accepted. Rolling admissions has gotten pushed further out since I applied to the program. Basically Drexel just fills the class for whatever year they want and then will just have you as a candidate for the next year once it's full. I believe they're admitting for the class starting in 2026 now. If you haven't received a rejection letter, don't give up hope!

Our interviews might've been on a Friday. I don't remember at this point honestly. They told us at the end of the interview day when we should expect to hear from them. And it was just an email, no phone call to let us know of the admissions decision.

Same day. They emailed us in the afternoon after our morning interviews.

It’s a combination of personality and clinical questions. The clinical questions weren’t hard in my opinion, just tested your knowledge of fundamental ICU stuff.

I applied in April and didn’t hear anything from the program until August for my September interview. I know they’ve been doing rolling admissions and interviews, but I’m not sure how many spots (if any) remain. Best of luck!

During the program overview did they tell you if you could continue to work the first nine months or if it’s frowned upon? Just curious as I know people who continued to work in the masters program during the online portion, but have yet to hear from anyone in the DNP.

I have an interview next week as well! Scheduled mine for Thursday. I submitted GRE scores as well as CCRN certification.

I haven’t heard anything yet. My application wasn’t completed until Feb 8th. It took them a long time to waive the GRE requirement for me.

Interesting. I wonder how many seats opened up that they re-opened the application process. You would think that they could’ve just pulled from a wait list?

Hi everyone! Curious if anyone applied to Drexel's last masters cohort. I saw it open on their website in January with a deadline of 1/31. I was surprised to see a masters class after previous information posted on their website and was curious if anyone had insight as to the change?

Not yet. Didn't receive an interview invite last week per the email so I'm assuming the rejection will be coming in the near future.

Yeah, I do believe they were doing interviews in May or June prior to them extending the deadline if I remember correctly. I still haven’t heard anything either. From the video information session they get about 90 applicants for 10 spots. I would imagine they would interview at least double the number of spots...?

I’m surprised there’s not more chatter about this program on any forums. It’s hard to find any info on them beside the actual cedar crest website.
