Emory Spring 2021 InEmoryABSN
Hey everyone, I applied to the InEmory and got accepted. However I rather apply to the MN program that starts to fall. Does anyone know if its possible to do that? It doesn't give me the option to start a new application because I applied to the InEmory program or do I need to decline my spot and then I can do another application? If anyone knows? thanks!

Did anyone apply to the inEmory MN?

Emory Master of Nursing (MN) 2021
The MN means you earn a masters. It means you will earn a Masters in nursing to work as a Registered Nurse as it'll prepare you to study for the NCLEX. It's the same as a bachelors of nursing, but different titles. One is a bachelors and one is a masters. After graduating you would just be considered a nurse. If you want to be considered a nurse practioner, you would have to futher your education such as doing the MN+MSN which allows you to be registered nurse and then you would continue your education of being and NP etc. You could also do a seperate NP Program at a different school if you finished the MN. Basically the MN prepares you pass the NCLEX that is required to practice as a registered nurse. Hope that helps!

Emory Master of Nursing (MN) 2021
Hi everyone, I applied to the pre licensure Masters in Nursing and got admitted. ?I wished I applied to the ABSN+MSN program, but I havent taken the GRE and I'm not sure if I'll be able to take it in time. I think my Cumulative GPA is around 3.4, but I'm not 100% sure, so thats why I applied to the pre licensure Masters in nursing. CONGRATS to everyone!

Roseman University Fall/October 2020 Cohort
My advisor told me the next interviews would be around July 15th and that that invitations would be sent a week or 2 before the date. She also told me to rollover for the next application if I had any in progress courses for Summer since they had a lot of students applying for Fall. Just in case anyone wanted to know.

Roseman University Fall/October 2020 Cohort
Hi everyone! I'm from California. I applied with a Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and a pre req GPA of 3.2. This is my first time applying and I'm applying to the Henderson campus. Are you guys applying anywhere else? I'm really anxious! Do you guys think it'll be more competitive because the TEAS scored isn't invovled? @sbarreto06 I think interviews would be virtual because of the pandemic, but who knows

Roseman University July 2020 Summer Cohort
Hi everyone. For anyone who is from california, does this program help you qualify to be a public health nurse in california? I ’ve been trying to figure out if Roseman University qualifies for a PHN license in CA. I know that if you get a BSN from a CA school, you are qualified as the requirements are built into the program...but I can’t tell if a Utah/Nevada school would have the same qualifications. Does anyone know if RUHS curriculum qualifies for PHN licensure in CA or know if a place I can get the information necessary to apply for the license. CA Breeze website doesn’t really list out what qualifications are necessary, it just states that CA BSN candidates already qualify.

APU ELM MSN Spring 2021
Hi everyone, I was planning to apply to Azusa (SD campus) for next year. However I have a low undergrad GPA and a low prereq GPA (like a 3.0). I do have a ton of volunteer experience and I'm planning to work as a CNA. I was wondering if I shoud just apply or wait to make my pre req GPA better and application stronger? Thanks everyone and CONGRATS!

West Coast University-Orange County
Can any current students tell me if West Coast University charges tutition by semester or by units? Also, if anyone could tell me the cost they had to pay after transferring prerequisties? I don't get grants because I already have a bachelors degree and the cost is making me hesitant to go to this school. Any advice?
