tell me which evaluators to avoid and which parital housing places to avoid? can i change an evaluator? i found one that is close to home and is IPN approved. Why did my CM only referred me to tampa or gainesville i read horrible reviews on all of them! im sure they have money ties to their inpatient program. is this even legal?

positive on alcohol hair drug test referred to inpatient or partial housing. should i do a second opinion? housing choices gainesville tampa vA louisiana or alabama, which ones to stay away help

got referred to IPN CM gave me "24hrs" to make a decision to comply or not. didnt know i could hire a lawyer right away. went to evaluator in gainesville, everything negative except alcohol on my hair! not urine or blood. hair! and also thc but negative on urine or blood i dont understand. maybe from second hand and the alcohol level of 40 in my hair, idk maybe gel, shampoo, mousse, hairspray?? evaluator recommended inpatient treatment. WOW!. gave me choices tampa, gainesville, alabama, va, or louisiana.... i have the option for 2nd opinion IDK pls help all of them are crooks! one of the doctor evaluator even got charged for fraud! all have bad reviews! how much was the facility which facility is the best? should i get a second opinion evaluator?
