When a Covid 19 vaccine becomes available, will it be absolutely mandatory for healthcare staff?
They are going to try to force and it make it mandatory. If they try to force it then I am just going to get my religious medical exemption that by the way they’re trying to pass a bill getting rid of exemptions just so you all are aware. It takes at least 2 years for a vaccine to be properly tested and this definitely isn’t properly tested just like the HPV vaccine they’re pushing on children. That has only ever been tested in women so IDK what their big agenda is at the end of the day.

Returning to Campus-COVID-19 Question
The school that I attend (private school as well) they’re allowing us to take the lecture finals online and they’re also giving us the option to take HESI exam online at home as long as have Proctor U set up or at school with limited students inside of the campus at once. They’ve implemented some things with testing that I didn’t like but a lot of students including myself spoke to the school president about the issues at hand and he made necessary changes to make sure everything could run smoothly for all students and this included the time given to us for each question. I would be my concerns to your campus president if possible and see if anything can be done. Good luck!

Don’t know where to go from here
Don’t doubt yourself. So sorry that this happened to you but at least you pulled through! Why don’t you apply for other nursing programs and go from there. Don’t stop at just one option there are other options and other ways to jump start your career. You can work as a CNA but go for nursing. This is just one bump in the road but you will get past it. I would also speak to an advisor. Good luck!

How doable is this schedule?
Thank you so much! I know it is extremely condensed which worries me a bit but I will surely take your advice on thoroughly reading the textbooks and utilizing online resources! Definitely will be working on the easier assignments first too!

How doable is this schedule?
Hi guys I will be starting my ADN program Spring 2020 I will be taking my prerequisites as follows College AlgebraA&P 1ChemistryCommunications This is term 1 Monday-Thursday 1 subject per day from January-March Human Growth & Development MicrobiologyA&P 2This is term 2 Tuesday, Thursday-Friday 1 subject per day from April-June Has anyone been to a technical school and had a crazy schedule like this? How doable is this honestly? I’d like to add that I have a child and my husband is also in school but we will be putting our son in daycare, that gives me much more time to focusing on my studies. I have done a ton of research on the school from the accreditation to the pass rate on the NCLEX-RN. I also made sure they were in good standing and not on probation of any sort. Any advice would be extremely appreciated, thank you!!

CNA TO RN
For me I would go straight to RN but if you want to get your foot in the door you can get your CNA license and start working while taking prerequisite courses towards your RN.

Orlando, Fl CNAs
4yourCNA.com was a really helpful site I used when going for my CNA license. I was able to just challenge the test instead of having to go to school. I did the HHA/CNA program with the written part. I studied for at least a month and practiced daily. There are jobs you can get with no experience for sure you can try ALF’s, Nursing Homes and apply for a PRN position. You can even speak to a staffing agency to try and set your own schedule so you can choose the day and times you want to work without any obligation. I will be doing that starting next month when my son is in daycare while I go to school during the day. I will probably only work 1 day a week because I need all the time I can get to go towards my studies. Good luck!
