  1. Nice! I was also offered a spot at TRU and also live in the Lower Mainland. I'm still hoping to get into UBC-V because it is shorter and closer to where I live but I haven't heard back yet. All the best to you Chippy812!
  2. I've also been offered a seat. I'm not sure if I'll take it though, I don't live close by.
  3. I just received an email invitation for the information session!
  4. I feel the same. It's the uncertainty that's brutal. ? That's very relatable, I'm doing the same.
  5. From what I understand, the letters will start coming out in early May and that it will be later than usual.
  6. I hope COVID-19 doesn't push admission decisions further out. I feel like I am learning so much about patience through this entire admission process, hahaha.
  7. Does anyone know when we will be hearing back from UFV? I haven't received an interview request and I am wondering if anyone else has or knows when we might.
  8. I am currently a 3rd-year Science student at SFU. I'm debating whether I should apply to UBCV or UBCO this cycle (can only apply to one). I've completed over 80 credits and currently have a cGPA of 3.97 but my last 2 semesters haven't gone well (my cGPA was above 4.00 before) so I think when UBC calculates my marks it will come to 81% average. I've volunteered at one of SFU's labs for 8 months, volunteered at the hospital for 15 months, and worked as a tutor for 4 months. I think I probably don't have any chances this year. I'm thinking I should just apply to UBCO. Thoughts? It kind of sucks to go into 4 years after already doing 3 years at university but it's probably better to get into a program rather than not, right? I am also applying to TRU and UFV.
