Eastern Kentucky University and University of South Alabama BSN-MSN PHMNP any alumni?
I have been accepted to Eastern Kentucky University and University of South Alabama BSN-MSN PHMNP programs. They seemed to be very similar but have read negative reviews for both. I'm having trouble finding alumni who completed one of these programs. If you graduated from EKU or USA PMHNP can you please share your experience? Thank you!

University of South Alabama (USA) Spring 2022 BSN-DNP
@RoniBSN2021 I'm from California as well and just applied. Any issues with clinicals or testing to get NP license that you have heard of? Hard to get information. I don't want to go to school then realize it was for nothing due to location. Many programs just put "contact your state board"

University of South Alabama FNP Fall 2023
So I see that some of you said the deadline was extended to June 1st. Well it seems to have been extended again to July 14th and I just submitted (today) my application for the MSN-PMHNP for fall 2023. After reading this thread though I'm concerned because classes start in August and when I submitted my application it stated it will take 8 weeks which means I would hear back after classes started. I do not like how they have this set up. Did any of you have trouble with deadlines because of the set up? Also @Labordelivernurse1 did you ever hear back? If so when did you hear back?

Summer 2023 University of South Alabama MSN
@Raquel Sanchez. Wow are you serious you literally found out 4 weeks before the start of the program. I do not like that because you feel rush. I applied for this Fall Admission – Application and Transcript Deadlines Priority Extended Deadline - July 14th (priority extended deadline July 14th) the submission is like 6 or 7 weeks before classes start then to wait I will probably hear back in August. From reading this threat and others they keep pushing deadlines but that in a way screws students. Did they email you your acceptance or through regular mail?

Summer 2023 University of South Alabama MSN
I just submitted my application for fall 2023. The late deadline is July 14th then 8 weeks after that. I'm not sure if its me but if that is the case I will hear back from them once the semester begins? Did anyone have a problem with timing submitting additional paperwork once accepted due to the little amount of timing if any?

Eastern Kentucky PMHNP
@Winston Hey Congrats! I just applied a couple days ago 6/7/2023. If I can ask how long did it take from the moment you submitted your application to hear back from them? How many years of experience did you have in general and in psych? What was your GPA? I'm nervous because my GPA is low from when I was 18 but my last 60 units it is 3.9 all nursing I'm literally at a 3.0. I'm also on the West Coast hopefully I get in would love to get in touch if I do to help each other out.

@Medicalmusic Can you tell me where you saw this information? I talked to the rep and she told me they accepted students from California. That was the first question I asked her.
