  1. Has anyone been told that they were not accepted?
  2. Has anyone talked to the school to see when they plan to release the admission results?
  3. I agree. The interviews were very quick and they ask for brief, succinct answers.
  4. Has anyone heard anything? There was a generic email that went out a week or so ago stating the admission team would be looking at completed files.
  5. Just got a notification to interview! Check your emails and good luck to all.
  6. I spoke to someone at the school last week who said she had not started looking at the May 2022 cohort yet.
  7. Where did you submit your personal statement?
  8. I did. Unfortunately, I don't know when it is yet. The admissions office sent me an email and said they would contact me when they knew the interview schedule for May.
  9. I have. Just waiting for the application to open so I can submit.
  10. Same here. I’ve tried calling but haven’t been able to reach anyone.
  11. Anyone have any luck finding Barry University on NursingCAS to apply for admission in 2022?
  12. Offered an interview once the selection committee finalizes their May schedule.
  13. Does anyone know how many they admit into the cohort?
  14. Just checking to see if anyone heard anything - good or bad?
  15. I applied for Fall 2021. I submitted everything and just waiting on transcripts to get to admissions. Good luck to everyone.
  16. I applied right around the same time you did. It says complete in NursingCAS but I have not heard anything from the school.
  17. Hey everyone, my name is Taylor. This will be my first time applying but very excited about VCU. I was an Army helicopter pilot for 21 years and became a nurse after I retired. Currently working in the CVICU at a Fort Lauderdale hospital. I took the GRE in December but I thought I read somewhere on the VCU website that GRE scores were not required but could be submitted if you wanted the considered. Anyways, looking forward to getting to know everyone applying and always willing to take advice from those who have more experience with this process.
  18. Hi All! I will be applying for the next application cycle but wondered if anyone had any pointers for the personal statement? Obviously the goal is to successfully complete the program but wondered if there were key things they wanted to hear as far as expectations of the program? Generally, how long were personal statements? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  19. Hey all, I will be applying to this program next year. I was wondering if anyone could tell me when the application usually opens up? Thanks!
  20. You are right. It is interesting that Pearson Vue really isn't trying to think of alternative means of testing. The people who own the GRE brought on a proctoring service so that people could do it from home. Is it perfect? No. But we don't live in ideal times. Reducing the number of questions from 75 to 60 does no one any good if people cannot get in to take the exam.
  21. Guess I will be taking a road trip. Thanks for the information.
  22. Just graduated from the University of Miami. We are still waiting on our ATT. Does anyone have any information on the backlog in Florida? Also, just to clarify, can I take the exam in any state even though I am going to be licensed in Florida?
