  3. I just wanted to update everyone regarding this situation. As I stated in my post last week I received good & bad news regarding a school nurse role. This week I received a tentative offer for a School Nurse position. I am beyond excited. Hopefully everything will work out and I will be a school nurse pretty soon. Thanks to everyone who replied. ?
  4. Thank you for replying. This gives me hope. I thought I may have been overthinking this since I really wanted this job. Hopefully another job will open soon and they will not forget about me. This is off subject but do you tips on negotiating pay?
  5. So, I recently had an interview and job shadow for a school nurse position. I received a call from the recruiter and she stated she had good & bad news. Bad news was that I did not get the job. Good news was that they really liked me. The recruiter wanted to know if I would be interested in them keeping my name for a future role for a school nurse. I stated yes and she said she would forward this information to the team. The recruiter then stated it is only a matter of time. Has anyone had this type of experience before? Could this be away for them to soften the blow or do you think they might consider me for a future role? Wonder what she meant by it is only a matter of time?
