Novicenursing

I just graduated an ADN program and officially have an active license. I want to start an online BSN program but can not decided between WGU or Chamberlain. Besides cost is different which I am aware of, but how is the course structure and assignments due, exams and quizzes. If anyone could explain their experience at Chamberlain, I would greatly appreciate it.

I passed my Nclex on 2/20 per unofficial results. But my RN license in Washington State is still pending. Granted my school did not send my official transcripts when they said they would. The board sent me an email saying they needed them right after my test. I ended up overnighting the transcripts the next day. So the board received them on Friday afternoon. I have been checking everyday and it still says pending. I was wondering if anyone knows the timeline for Washington for approval. I also do of a 10 year old misdemeanor charge of shoplifting that happened when I was 18 years old. Maybe that is the hold up too? I am so nervous, even though I know I passed the nclex not having my license is approved is stressful. I am so afraid I'll have to take that test again for some crazy reason.

NoleArgo, i am currently in nursing school in florida and my husband was pcs'd to JBML. Did you sit your nclex in Washington or Florida? Also which state did you apply through? Thanks for your help!

I have 10 weeks left of my ADN program in Florida. My husband was recently transferred to Washington state (military). I want to test in Florida before I move just not sure if I should take the Florida test or the Washington test. I plan on practicing in Washington.

I will be graduating from nursing school soon and I am worried about getting approval from the Florida nurse board to sit for the nclex. 10 years ago when I was 18 while attending college in Arizona I was cited with a misdemeanor shoplifting charge (a pair of jeans). While they were searching me police found a marijuana pipe as well and I was cited with paraphilia. I now now live in Florida. I have worked in various other states and when to school multiple times and these charges have never come up on background searches done. I plan on disclosing them to the board but I am so nervous they will deny me because of it. Wondering if anyone has experience this before? Also, what time frame for approval? Thanks
