  1. Still waiting too...I hope I can hear back by tomorrow. I thought they would do the nov interviews first and then the dec...
  2. When did u get the letter? Congrats btw
  3. Hey...I was gonna say just wait another year and get another year of ICU experience but it says you got 4 years? I didn't get into any CRNA program the last application cycle - just take Adv Patho/Pharm, get your CCRN if you don't have it, charge/precept experience, maybe retake the GRE - you'll increase your chances. I think answering the clinical questions well for the interview is also big for UofSC and giving off good vibes also. Hopefully, someone goes somewhere else after getting accepted - it's possible.
  4. Hey - I guess you were interviewed on Tuesday? It would had been nice to talk about the program with the SRNAs for longer than 30 mins. (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) mentioned they would get back to us on Monday the 14th right? Id hate to wait more than just this weekend to hear back from them. I thought I did well but I know there are a lot of great candidates. Good luck to everyone ?
  5. She's been pretty consistent with the updates - the last one was the March one I think - do you got that one? I'm not sure if the website is down or what but she's not replying anymore. I know she has had family health concerns.
  6. Hey - did anyone who purchased the CRNA schools spreadsheet notice that the link doesn't work for the June school finder spreadsheet?? I tried contacting --------------------- but she never replied. This is from the site allcrnaschools.com. I'm not sure if this is down permanently or not.
  7. I got waitlisted. Even though I'm upset I did not get in - I do realize that eventually the DNP will be the standard among anesthetists in 5, 10 years from now. Patients, hospitals, MDAs, and fellow CRNAs will expect this kind of standard unfortunately. I know CRNAs who just have a masters that are extremely skilled, but with COA requiring the DNP - eventually we will all need one.
  8. I would like to know if USofC send only acceptance letters by email? Or will everyone get an email eventually?
  9. I don't think so - anyone that applied before the May deadline should be for the January application cycle for the masters program
  10. Passed yesterday. Barrons imo really helped in terms of mimicking the coverage on the exam...especially the situational hemodynamic questions. It took me the entire 3 hours to finish and I passed on my first try with 88 questions...
