So my stats before I apply are: Overall: 3.1 Gpa Science: 3.5 but post bachelors is a 3.8 Last 60: 3.74 Nursing school: 3.49 Experience: 2 years MICU with flost to SICU and Neuro icu. Certs: TNCC,, PALS, ACLS, BLS Have to take the GRE and the CCRN. Is it even worth trying?

Hi. So quick background. I didnt do well in college classes I took in high school and my first year of undergrad. Had a 2.7 gpa. Retook a bunch of classes and had a 3.49 at my first college and then at my second college where I attended nursing school. I had a 3.3 in nursing classes, but a 3.49 overall there. Post bachelors, i immediately went into a medical ICU, where I will have 2 years experience upon applying. Post bachelorette, I've also taken Biology 1, Chem 1 & 2 and professional leadership. I've obtained As in all of them. I'm currently retaking micro biology and I've also started organic chemistry. I currently have As in them as well. I know that my overall GPA of 3.1 is bad, but I've had upward trends where I'm having a 3.7X in my last 60 hours. I plan on taking Organic 2 as well. I have also done volunteer work. Can anyone give any recommendations or tell me my chances? The main schools I'm looking at are North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Thank you.
