The interview was very laid back. Mostly getting to know you. They will ask about your specialty. They asked me about ECMO (the Process of cannulating and the pathophysiology behind it) common drips (explaining the MOA) They went through my CV and asked about the committees I was on, the certifications I had. One of the easier ones I’ve had. I always recommend more certs. I had my CCRN, CSC, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, NIH. They seemed to really like it.
