I pray you get aproove like I did and you just got believe it will happen and God will handle it

I had to submit the Arrest record which I got from the police department. The court order final disposition where it state my charges where drop and got that from the court house. three letter of recommendation and I did a personal statement that explained what had occur. I submitted all that with my application and got aprrove 4 days later. I must also add that mine had to do with petty theft so in my letter I took responsibility and admit I made a mistake and explain how I have matured plus my incident occure like 7 years ago

I'm from Florida I to had a misdemeanor on my record when I apply for the Board to take my NCLEX. My misdemeanor is still on my record since I didn't get it expunged. I got approve to take my test and will be testing in May. although your misdemeanor was expunged you was supposed to disclose that information to the board of nursing on your state because on the online application it ask about expunged criminal record. when I did my application I disclose about my criminal history and I had some extra document I had to upload as part of my application inregards to the misdemeanor and my application was approve 4 days letter to sit for the NCLEX-RN without any restriction. I think you might get denied or the process migth take longer for because they will see u not telling about the criminal history as you was lying and trying to avoid. although it was expunged but goverment agency can still see it plus the nursing application ask if you ever had any criminal record expunged so u was supposed to answer yes since u did. I didn't answer yes on mine cause I didn't have mine expunge but I did answeer yes about having a criminal record and still got aprrove
