No trouble at all! If that shows up then it’s prob a good idea that you disclosed that. Worse case scenario they may ask for a letter of explanation from you, or maybe just Court documents stating what you just described. ?

@Anonynurse66 you were 100% correct! I decided not to disclose and I received my RN license confirmation today 08/03. Official RN. :) I was allowed to take NCLEX before the CBC due to lack of locations available caused by the pandemic.

I see. I understand your reasoning. I will be contacting my BON (I have not yet taken my CBC) to see if I may change my answer And provide supporting documentation since I have not yet been printed. I am a soon to be graduate applying to take NCLEX. I put my application in a few hours ago from posting this. I answered “no” to prior misdemeanor/felony convictions. I was advised to back when I first had my file expunged. Now that I’m reading others on different forms... I’m wondering if I made a mistake. This item was expunged 9 yrs ago when I was 17. This was a larceny/theft related offense that, as mentioned earlier, has been expunged from my record. I have worked for several hospitals as a CNA l with no issue. However I am now concerned after reading others and their experiences with SBI and FBI finger print background checks (although not fitting my circumstances leading to further confusion). For this reason I’m reaching out on this forum. Does anyone have any knowledge regarding this? It would be much appropriated.
