Thanks to all the people here in AllNurses who give thier thought and opinions.You are really helping us, guys..IM soooo happy that I did it for the first time,that eventhough I wasnt that confident when I took the test but still I believe that God will be there for me.. So goodluck to you guys..I know you will pass the test just like me..

Hi ..I just took the NClex-Rn last friday and I was really scared and worried after the test because the choices seems to be all with sense and you need to be very careful.I suggest to read the questions carefully and read it twice or 3 times then try to connect each choices to the question. I did that in it worked, I pass the Test. I had only 75 questions and believe me, every time that I answered the questions I was not sure about my answer,but I stick to the first choice that I felt like close and very much related to the question.. So Have faith in God and try to do th practice test that is so helpful.And take your time.

Actually, this is my first time to take the NCLEX and I am already eligible to take the test.But I didnt pay the pearson vue yet,because I know I need to take the test within 90 days.And I am not sure if I am that ready.Right now,I am starting to review, the first thing that I want to do is to go back to my nursing books read them then after that i will concentrate to the review books like saunders then practice answering the questions. I dont know how long it will take, I really need to read nursing books b ecause it been a while since when I was in the school. Blessed, for how long you'd study the nclex?Were you facing the books,reviewer all night long?..I just want to know because I really dont have a ptience in term of studying.:jester:hehehe By the way,I'm from the philippines,I been here in nevada for a couple of weeks now. I am already a Registered Nurse in our country, I was working as a staff nurse for 3 months and right now hoping to pass the nclex so that I cn start working here. daisy

HI, I was wondering if it is true that we need to take a refresher course after we failed the test for 3 times. I called Nevada BON and the woman in the line told me that we just need to reapply again and pay the required amount to process our application.She said we can take a exam as many as we want until we can pass. I didnt hear her saying we need to take a refresher course. May I know where did you get this info. Maybe the girl that I talked to in the telephone dont know about this..Thanks and God Bless all the test takers. Daisy

I am applying now to take the Nclex exam in Las vegas and if I pass (hopefully) I will start my career there.I am just hoping that on my first day exposure inthe hospital,it will be pleasant,although it will be a nervous in my part but still Im hoping that it will be fine.I hope I will pass the test....Does everybody here willing to give me a tipon how to pass the exam on first attempt?:) daisy
