  1. What is NAT? Is it Neonatal Admissions Team or something along those lines? I saw it and was curious!
  2. Hello. I plan to start Pre nursing at my community college. My community college very fortunately offers an ADN program. I was initially thinking to just take my pre reqs at community college, but now I am really considering getting my ADN and transferring to uni to get my BSN. My main reason for this: I get clinical experience my whole four years rather than my last two. I would appreciate any input about ADN to BSN. If there are any advanatages or disadvantages, if it would be better to just do my pre reqs and than apply for nursing school, so on.
  3. I am going into my senior year of High School and plan to to start pre-nursing when I start college. I am going to take A&P for my science and Med Term as an elective. I will not get college credit for either one, but I thought it would help me get better grades in college. Do you think these classes will help me in college?
  4. I have always been interested in working in a medical / health related field. I am drawn to patient care, as to why nursing specifically interests me.
  5. Hello, I apologize if I have put this in the wrong category. I am currently a high school student and an aspiring nurse, however I think I may be unfit for the career. I dislike gore and I am not sure if I can handle seeing people in extreme pain, physically or emotionally. So my question; I am interested to know if anyone has become a nurse who was afraid of not being able to handle what they will see, if that makes sense. Needles, gore, poop, blood, pain, death? Thanks :)
