I just took the HESI A2 this morning. I've been out of high school for almost 20 years so it's been a LONG time since I've been in a math, chemistry, biology, or English classes. I studied for about 3 weeks, using the elsevier study guide. My college is very competitive and you're only allowed to take the test 1 time, so it was very important to do well the first try. I got an 88% cumulative score with a 94% in reading comprehension, 88% in biology, 86% in math, and 84% in chemistry. I don't apply to nursing school until August, so I'm not sure if my scores are high enough, but fingers crossed I'll get accepted and start in the Spring of 2019 :)
