  1. Do you know which ones at all saints? That’s where I am.
  2. Not true for my residency at All Saints in Fort Worth, I also have many friends that got in at BUMC and we’re all still set to start.
  3. I live in Texas but I was hearing the same while I was waiting for my ATT and that wasn't the case at all. I got my ATT the last week of April, the earliest date available was June 8, then I checked back the next day and a bunch of May dates had opened so I rescheduled.
  4. I think they’re talking about the Temple location? I accepted a position in the beginning of March for Fort Worth and we have not been told that.
  5. Hey guys, are y’all finding that more and more test centers are opening every day? I graduated April 10th.. just waiting on my ATT email. I live in the Dallas Fort Worth area, haven’t started seriously studying yet because I’m hearing there’s no dates until June ??‍♀️??‍♀️ Good luck everyone!
  6. Not sure on all the specifics yet.. I start June 22 so maybe will get more details next month. All I know is that it’s 1 year long, I’m in the ICU and my orientation is 12 weeks long. I know there’s an evidence based project involved somewhere along the way, that’s all I know so far.
  7. We all start at the same regardless of specialty. Nights are $5, weekends are $3.50? I think, not positive. I think in my offer letter I read if you’re a BSN grad you get $.75 more an hour.
  8. Agreed! After doing some research I purchase UWorld and I’ve been working through the Q Bank, it’s great so far. It’s just tough to study with no test date in mind ?
  9. Right! It’s so hard to make a study plan when things change every day ?
  10. Ya I thought so too, it was weird compared to other updates that were posted everywhere. I don’t have my ATT yet so it’ll be interesting to see what dates/locations are even an option by then ??‍♀️
  11. https://home.pearsonvue.com/coronavirus-update and scroll down to United States. I usually get updates from them and I had to go searching for this one after someone else in my class told me, so that’s confusing to me.
  12. That’s about when I’d like to take it but I won’t get my ATT for another 2-3 weeks so who knows what dates will be left by then ?
  13. I just read their update from yesterday and they closed them again until May 1 ????? so frustrating!
  14. Hey guys, I just read an update that they closed all testing centers again until May 1. Currently waiting on my ATT and planned to take it in the beginning of May sometime but now who knows! This is so frustrating and hard to make a study plan with no idea of when I can sit for it ??
  15. Just watched the video and got the hand out. 1 week after my appointment I called the PeoplePlace number to make sure they had everything and it’s all been cleared, I sleep better that way LOL. They were able to tell me that they had everything and all is good, just waiting for graduation now so they can have transcripts and GN permit/RN license.
  16. You can always contact your recruiter if it’s been awhile.
  17. Ya, they will send you everything in an email at some point. You have to accept the offer electronically for everything to be official and then you can move on to the next steps, background check and employee health appt.
  18. When you accept your offer electronically you should have received an email right after to call employee health and schedule it.
  19. I think it just depends how many more interviews they have set up. My interview was on a Monday and they had told me I should hear from recruiters within a couple weeks but I actually had gotten an offer on the Wednesday following my interview.
  20. I took everything that I had emailed to them along with my I9 docs just in case.
  21. I would think the process would be mostly the same. They seemed to have a template of questions they go off of.
  22. My interview was an hour long. I interviewed with the manager over all of the ICUs first, she asked 3 or 4 questions and we talked a bit. Then I went up to the unit and interviewed with the managers of the 2 ICUs that I was interested in. They asked maybe 5 or 6 questions and then we talked a bit about how orientation and training goes and got a tour.
  23. They send you a link to do your references before your interview. I made portfolios with resume, cover letter, letters of rec, and certifications. But my interview was in person so I’m not sure if you’re able to email that to the interviewers so they can check it out? Anyways, be confident and be yourself. It’s such basic advice but it’s so true. At the end of the day they’re deciding if your personality is a good fit or not! Other than that just study behavioral questions! I looked at a lot of Youtube videos. You’ll do great, good luck!
  24. CONGRATS!! What did they tell you your start date is? Just curious because I got my start date before all the COVID mess. Curious if it’ll change things ?
