Just got an email that orientation for Tulsa is March 2nd. AO mich for Angela saying it would be in May.

$23/hour and then a $2 pay raise is pretty great for new grads starting in Tulsa. Most of the research I found has listed starting pay at around $20-22. Did you have previous experience before you started or negotiate for a higher pay? I hope you don't mind me asking, I'm trying to gather as much info on nursing wages as I can since I will be starting nursing school this summer. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for posting that! I was starting to get worried and felt like I should be doing something but they haven't offered a lot of direction. I wish they would have sent out emails to those of us who start in the summer telling us to hold tight. It would probably save them hours of responding to emails. Here is hoping more information comes soon!

For those who were accepted to Tulsa - Angela just informed me that we will receive information on it in January or February!

So I heard from Angela about orientation for summer start classes - see below. I'm following up with her to see 1) how much notice they will give on orientation (I'm planning a wedding in May and my work doesn't know that I'm quitting so I need to be able to ask off) and 2) if we need to enroll or do anything else besides collect the information under the self-serve portal and wait for orientation. Since they were so behind I feel like all the information is all over the place and it would be nice to have it in one spot! You'll receive email regarding Orientation later in the Spring. Orientation for Summer start ABSN students will take place in April or May. You are welcome to upload documents into self service; we will be checking those following Orientation.

I had the same issue. I'm emailing Angela today because I'd like to get started. I'd also like to have a better idea of what the next steps are. They posted orientation information but it's for the Spring start classes

iI was able to accept and pay my deposit by going to the application website, logging in and going to application status. From there it had a letter and an option to accept and instruction to pay the deposit.

Question for those who are accepted and doing financial aid - did you already apply for it? I know traditionally summer is part of the current school year but with the accelerated program I'm not sure if it will be the same. I plan to email Debbie or Angela and ask but I wanted to give them a few days. However I don't want to wait till last minute!

That's good to know! Though I wish they would give us a timeframe for the other campuses. I finally got my login info but when I try to view anything for orientation it says access denied.

Awesome! I tried to message you but the browser on my phone is acting weird. If figure the more people we know going in the better it will be, since it is such an intense program. Hopefully someone will creat a Facebook group so we can all connect (I can't for work reasons - they don't know I'm leaving yet).

Thank you!! I'll monitor my email for that! Hopefully they figure out soon when Orientation will be. I had thought it might be this Friday but since they are late, who knows.
