    Was I in the wrong?

Group message your group and tell them that someone completed your section. It may have been a misunderstanding in which another student thinks that is their section. If so, you'd be able to work on the section they were really supposed to do. I bet that's what happened. Miscommunication.

    New Grad Nurse Salary?

It's around 23/24 hour. Just look up some hospitals to get a more accurate number.

    This doesn't seem right...

From what I've seen thus far: Columbia starts at about 22/hr plus diff; Myrtle Beach 22-23/hr plus diff. I think Greenville is at the same as well as Charleston. I know economically depressed areas such as Orangeburg Co and Chesterfield Co are on the lower end of 19/hr. Just depends on what area you live in. Look up some hospitals and do research. I'm not a nurse yet but I know the pay isn't as high as it new nurse grads deserves, however, compared to other professions that require only an AS, pay is decent.
  11. 0Hey everyone! I'm going to apply to NETC's RN program for the Fall '18 semester and wanted to see if anyone here had graduated from it or is also applying? How is this school? Instructors? Etc. I'm really excited to start nursing. I already have an AS in health science and another AS. So I have ALL of the pre-reqs and AP classes done, just need the nursing. Was accepted into HGTC twice in recent years but didn't attend due to personal circumstances but I am so ready now and have a great support system now including a former 30 year NICU RN, which is my goal.

    Northeastern Technical College??

Also, is the TEAS needed? I took it and passed a few years ago, but i believe it's good for only two years?
