Was I in the wrong?
Group message your group and tell them that someone completed your section. It may have been a misunderstanding in which another student thinks that is their section. If so, you'd be able to work on the section they were really supposed to do. I bet that's what happened. Miscommunication.

Starting Nursing classes at HGTC
I was accepted twice; Summer 2014 and again in Fall 2015. I had an AS in health Science completed thru HGTC, tracking Nursing program so all pre-reds done. Accepted thru TEAS score of 79.3% overall. Adjusted Individual Total Score: 79.3% ATI Academic Preparedness Level: Advanced Mean - National: 64.3% Mean - Program: 64.9% Percentile Rank - National - 87 Percentile Rank - Program - 88 Reading Adjusted Individual Score 90.5% Mathematics A.I.S. 83.3% Science A.I.S. 70.8% English and Language Usage A.I.S. 73.3%

From what I've seen thus far: Columbia starts at about 22/hr plus diff; Myrtle Beach 22-23/hr plus diff. I think Greenville is at the same as well as Charleston. I know economically depressed areas such as Orangeburg Co and Chesterfield Co are on the lower end of 19/hr. Just depends on what area you live in. Look up some hospitals and do research. I'm not a nurse yet but I know the pay isn't as high as it new nurse grads deserves, however, compared to other professions that require only an AS, pay is decent.
