Do you know how they make their selections to interview? Do they go based off GPA or what?

I haven’t yet because I haven’t taken NCLEX yet and they want you to have your RN license before you apply. I’m going to apply in March because I’m still waiting for my ATT. How soon after you graduated did you get your ATT?

Oh wow that makes no sense to me. I’m so sorry you’re having a hard time! Some hospitals like Cedars Sinai require that you have no previous experience since it’s a program for new grads only. So weird! Well nonetheless, don’t give up! Keep trying!

What do you mean? New grad programs actually require that you have no previous experience; at least the ones I’ve looked at. The whole point of a new grad program is to start working right after you graduate and get you oriented to nursing, so how is...

Ahh I see! I just graduated with my BSN. I’m hearing that many hospitals prefer BSN now so maybe that is why you are having a hard time? So you just went straight into BSN after finishing ADN?
