  1. Thanks so much for your inspiring words. I have to remind myself that all of this is in God's hands and definitly has a plan! I have to believe I will pass one day. Thanks again for posting this! There was definitly a reason for you to come on this morning. :)
  2. I am glad I am not the only one out there in this situation. Graduated '99, and had a hard time passing the NCLEX. Then life happened! My husband is in the military, and we moved around alot. Then we were blessed with our 2 kids. I have been a stay at home mom for the past 10 years, and just started working as a nurses aid this past year. I have come to the realization that nursing is still in my heart, and it is what I am suppose to do with my life! Now I just have to conquer my fears of failure, and get to studying like I have never done before! Good luck to all of you!
  3. Thanks so much for posting this. What a great study guide!
  4. What a great post! thanks for sharing, this will come in very handy!
  5. Thanks :wink2:
  6. I am also struggling on when to pick a date. I know I need to do it though to at least have a study guideline.
  7. Wow what a great thread. Pharm is definitly one of my weak points. Thanks so much the helpful information.
  8. I agree. That is what I learned in Rhinehart NCLEX review. You have to go by what the NCLEX wants, not by your state regulations.
  9. I have horrible test anxiety also. Thanks for sharing what you did to get through it, and Congrats on passing! This will help many of us who are in the same situation as you were in.
  10. Good luck. I hope it goes well for you this time. Try not to give up, many of us are in this situation, and you have worked way too hard to get to this point. Keep us posted.
  11. Good luck, and don't give up. I am in the same situation as you. Being on here and reading other post has given me the courage to try again. :)
  12. Hi Mel, Thanks for wanting to help me out! I tried to respond to your message, but it said I wasn't allowed to. Thank you again. Michelle
  13. Congrats! What a wonderful inspiring story. I needed this today. Thank you!
  14. I haven't been on here in a long time, and it was very encouraging to read your post about being successful after 8 years since you graduated. My story is very similar to yours. I am also a military wife, graduated in '99, and failed the boards 3 times. Of course, life took over with having kids, being a stay at home mom, and many transfers all at the same time. I have been trying to get back into studying for the NCLEX. It is hard at times, because I don't know where to begin. I have some really good resources so far. I am going to try to find a book on priority type questions, because I heard that could be a good amount of type of questions you can get. If you have any advice, or notes you can pass on I would apperciate it. I know God has a plan for me, and I am meant to be a nurse. I feel it is finally my time, especially since my youngest is in first grade now.:) Thanks again. Michelle
