I just passed my boards and am expierencing nursing on a Medical floor, where we practice team nursing. As a new RN im pretty scared. I feel in a way terrible that I am 23 years old and now have to delegate some things to these wonderful LPNS that have been nurses for 20plus years. in a way i feel its not my place :-/ . Also I need some advice on organization. We have up to 10 patients at once...(in team nursing we dont pass any of the oral/subQ/IM injections) . so it can be a handful im trying to figure out how to gather ALL of my patients inforatmation through out the day. from writing doctors orders, assessments, lab values, exe. for each pt. can be messy!!! One last piece advice, My preceptor can be pretty impatient. My nurse manager knows this. She told me before i even started with her to dont feel like "your being pushed away" How do you deal with taht when your just trying to learn and survive without feeling not only the pressure of the day but the pressure of the preceptor being impatient and trying to take over your work? -Perfectly

I tried the trick, and it worked!!! I passed. AND I found out my real results 28 hours later they were posted !! (im in ohio) yippeie!!! im a nurse! and I start my Nursing career Saturday on my my mesurg floor soooooo exstatic!

ok so I took the test today got the pop up but im not too keen on it...this is why 2 days before I took the test I tried it to make sure I knew what I was doing and BEFORE i even TOOK the test the pop up came..... if the trick works, why would I get a pop up before i take my test?? anyone have done this before...? -Perfectly

go to www.pearsonvue.com/nclex sign in. if ur test says "Delivery Successful" try to register for another test. if you get the credit card page u fail, if you get a pop up of some sort you pass....everyone on here that has used it found it accurate

scared tracy- keep your chin up , im freaken out too and felt like i failed! relax say a prayer do the pearson vue trick as soon as u can for relief I also had a lot of Mental Health!! and Peds!!

Ok. all done. I started at 0800 ended at 0930. I had 75 Questions 10 SATA's ALOT of priority, some Infection contol, some delegation...about 6-7 Medications immmmmmmm freaken out!! need encouragement. I cant do the pearson vue trick yet it just says "Ready for delivery" im scared to do it too!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah ok. im done -Perfectly

I know hte trick. know how it works the only thing I dont understand is where would it say delivery successful? what page??? and where at? also when u try to reschedule, do u make sure to reschedule 45 days after?? let me know! testing july 8th

deep breathing... not a bad idea. yeah I went to church tonight to relax and see my old friends there . i havent been there for a awhile due to work/school/nclex, God will be with us and we will do great!!! (though im still feeling butterflys)

I am too taking boards July 8th. in Ohio!! im praying I do well, prayers go out to all who are testing July 8th with me! Pray for me cuz I need it how are you all wrapping up studying ? what are u studying? Im thinking ... take a break at 90 questions or take a break at 75 if u continue to go .
