Can anyone who got into the ED fellowship share their experiences so far and also how their panel interview went?

I have reached out to few recruiters and did not get a response. I am not sure if I am just reaching out to the wrong ones. I would rather get a rejection than not hear from anyone at all. Wish there's something else I could try but it has turned into a long waiting game and I might not get a job at all.

Yes I'm a new grad and I got my license too. I went through an ABSN program so I don't really have clinical experience other than from school. I do meet their GPA requirement so I am not sure what they look for as a new grad.

Mind if I ask how you connected with a recruiter?

Hello! I am just wondering if any of you applied through the nurse residency link or if you just applied to open positions? And how long did it take from when you first applied to hearing from HR. I applied about 2 months ago to every open position and have not heard from HR. I tried to reach out to nurse recruiters to no avail. Losing hope here. Thanks in advance!

Hello! I am pretty much in the same boat as you. I graduated in May but did not receive my license until end of August. I have been applying everywhere since then, to no avail. You are lucky to even land that one offer as I haven't had the chance for any interview and I am honestly losing hope. Everyone tells me it is all about having connections, especially here in NYC, which makes me lose hope even more. Anyway, good luck to you!

I gave them a call. And yea from now until 5 days before school starts which is a bummer. Basically the waitlisted applications will go through another round of review which means more waiting.
