  1. I interviewed on the 17th, and I received a call yesterday an hour before walking into my NCLEX! I accepted for the 6th floor on the surgical wing
  2. I know some people have been starting to hear back (some with offers and some for rejections- all were from the same unit), but still haven't heard anything myself (I interviewed for the 6th floor) Fingers crossed for everyone
  3. I interviewed almost 2 weeks ago! It was a tough interview, not sure how I feel about it. Has anyone heard back with an offer yet?
  4. Oh I was thinking you meant meet somewhere right before the interview. If we are meeting another day (which makes a lot more sense haha) then we should try to grab beers or something in downtown area? I live nearish Glendale, I work night shift 8pm-6:30 Wednesday-Saturday am but could meet up for breakfast or before work in the evening!
  5. I think that's a great idea! Are the interviews going to be at the anchutz campus? (where the school is) I work at the children's Hospital right next door, There isn't a ton around there (especially that early) but there is a Panera bread across the street. (The children's hospital actually has really awesome breakfast food too and the cafeteria and I'm prettttty sure is open to the public) or somewhere else too. Really I'll meet wherever! (Nerves have already started clearly haha) Katie (Also Kate, Kathleen, katie. Watch us be in the same interview group so we confuse everyone haha)
  6. Ah me too! Same time!
  7. I can't stop obsessively refreshing my email! Ahh
  8. Yeah my grades aren't where I would love them to be, the program I studied was pretty tough. I work as a medical laboratory scientist at an affiliated CU hospital and some other health care experiences so I'm hoping that will help! I also worked forever on my essay and I'm happy with it. I heard this program ways that pretty heavily I'll do either program and both has pros and cons. I like the idea of being able to work prn at my job during the traditional program! But getting it all done sooner rather than later is also desirable
  9. I'm guessing shortly after the June 15th due date. I just noticed that nursingCAS messed up my transcript so hopefully it hasn't been looked at yet haha. It's my first time but I'm planning that it's not my last haha. I'm going to apply to the traditional program too! How about you?
  10. Just submitted mine the other day!
