  1. Not much, the previous director of the FNP program is running the DNP program. Last I heard it was for hybrid (online with some in person). As I understand, most states are discontinuing the masters FNP, and moving to DNP.
  2. New grad FNP, FHQC-130K with 6 wks PTO and extended long term sick pay. 2k CME + 1 wk PTO on top of vacation/sick. 5 8's with one day tele-health from home and half day admin, with promise to re-evaluate for 4 10's when it is feasible. 25k sign on bonus with 10k relocation stipend. Rooming MA and scribe with paid license, uptodate etc. Also qualifies for loan repayment California, Mendocino County
  3. After the interview, then they pick candidates to invite to apply. Check out the PA forum for more information. Physician Assistant Forum they have a lot of applicants to the program on there.
  4. You may here from them in the next few days to schedule and in person interview. I applied last year in July and the in person interview was mid October. Good luck!
  5. Trying again! Has anyone applied to the UC Davis NP 2017-2018 application cycle? I applied in July and recently received an invitation to interview on campus. Looking for fellow applicants :)
  6. I'm am set to start 8/14/17 too. Have you signed up for your first two classes?
  7. I just graduated from the UTA RN-BSN program. Admissions was easy, work load was completely doable and I work full time as a Nursing Supervisor in a clinic (M-F, 8-5). I took the program part-time for some semesters and full time for others, completing some of my prereqs at the community college. It took me 4 semesters. The cost was about $9000. You have to be on top of getting updated degree plans and you choose your own classes, so be careful to choose the correct ones. For the online format you definitely get out of it what you put in, if you are self motivated, can work alone and get your work done, then this is for you. Goodluck!!
  8. Hi All, I am wondering if anyone has applied, completed or started the UC Davis FNP program. I am thinking about applying soon. It would be a big move for me, I'm in Austin, TX now. I have also applied to the UT Arlington online FNP program, but haven't read any good feedback about that program Thanks in advance!
