Professional Development Goals

Hey hey everyone..anyone here need to do PDP's for their school district? Not to be confused with CE's, but professional development goals for the district. Can anyone please share, I am lost. this is the first year they are asking nurses to do this, without any guidance.(shocking)...

    Have you looked on your state's DESE website? Massachusetts has a PDP guideline/rubric specific for school nurses, though it is organized the same as the teacher rubric. We are also encouraged to use group/team goals, so all the nurses in our district are going to be working together this year, which is a godsend for me, as its my first year in a school. We are going to work on getting a MERTeam in place in all 5 schools in the district. Hope that helps!

    Those with a history of anaphylaxis is what I meant.
