proctored exams

Published

Hi, I am starting this fall and am wondering about the proctored exams. I do not live near an OU campus and it looks like I will have to pay to take them at a community college. My question is, how many exams are there? Are all the finals taken this way, and what about other exams, like midterms, quizzes? It can get pretty pricey to pay $25 and up to take each exam if there are many.

Thanks!

Depends on what classes you are taking. I am having to retake stats to get into grad school. Those 2 tests will be the only proctored exams that I will have to take. Hopefully I can take them at the local CC or at the library - Will be taking stats along with my last nursing class here and I will be done!

I will just be taking the nursing classes, so I won't have to deal with that at all? That would be great!

Not sure if any of the nursing courses have proctored exams, I am just into my 3rd class.

Check to see if your hospital library will do it. I found out mine does it, and it is free.

I only have excellence and research left and as far as I know these two do not require proctored exams. All the other nursing classes did not either. My hospital library proctors for free, it might be worth checking into with your hospital as well. Good luck to you!!

Opps just saw cincinursemary already gave you that advice. Sorry.

As far as I know, none of the nursing courses require proctored. Only like stats, the fashion course if you take that. It's just a few of the electives. There's not really many "tests". Mostly projects and papers, some quizes here and there.
