privacy when interviewing a client

okay - today when I went in to see client A who shares a room with one other client B (and there is a curtain to divide the room) - client B pops over and starts telling me all about the interview details between the social worker and client A.

this is so intrusive, nosey, etc - how can this be prevented - don't social workers have the obligation to provide private environments when they interview a client?

By taking the client to her office if possible. Inform the nurse where the patient will be so if the doc comes a call to office will get patient back to room. Also a little card printed and given to each patient that if they hear private info please keep it private. NO ONE wants their info spread around.

now client A, being interviewed, is immobile in bed, can't walk, etc

Client A is stuck in the room.

so - what would be appropriate arrangements re: client B? and the social worker for interviewing client A?
