Hi!

Have a look at the Kaplan book. It covers the rationale behind those type of questions, though there were not tons of those questions in the book, but there were enough that I got the hang of it. Good Luck:

I highly recommend the NCLEX-RN (or PN) made incredibly easy by Springhouse. You can buy these on amazon, half.com, or borders.

There is also NCLEX RN 250 New Format Questions. This book helped to study the new format questions such as check all, etc. Again, all of these books are found online. www.half.com is the best :)

When you get a priority question- stop. Look at the question, read through all the answers, and eliminate the 2 wrong ones. You will most likely have 2 that are priority, but one is higher then the other.

Then reason through it. Take the time to read the question, and you will do great. Just breathe, relax, and you'll make it!
