In your opinion, what do you think would be the most possible thing that would happen regarding this Retrogression issue..For sure, no one knows but what is your prediction or guess..

a. Continous Retrogression for years

b. Approval of Comprehensive Immigration Reform ( CIR ) Next Year

c. Approval of CIR this Year

d. allotment of 90,000 visas this year

e. USA will close its door for foreign nurses

f. Nothing Will Happen this 2007

That is a hard question but I don't think a. & e. will happen.

I think the bill S. 646 introduced by Sen. Coleman on FEb. 15th, 2007 should be included in the series as item g. This has a fair chance to proceed further..

C and D, but that comprehensive bill might not be so "comprehensive" and it might be less than 90k visas.

Movement by late fall if Congress does agree on something.

(Remember I am guessing)

Retrogression won't last forever and the country won't entirely shut its door to nurses.

Still if nothing happens this year, next year will be even tougher with a Presidential election.
