You may also want to look into CLEP exams. You can get college credit for a wide range of subjects from many colleges by getting an acceptable score on the various tests. Your school can tell you which tests and score they accept.

I am presently studying for the Spanish CLEP using cheap materials I got online!

Be sure to also check out the community colleges or university in your area (one that your may be looking into for their NS program). I was able to take several on line classes through my school and that way I knew for sure that there would be no issues with transferring in. Some schools also have articulation agreements with each other which made it easier for me to know which schools were transfer friendly.

I've seen some of your posts in the Georgia forum, so I assume that you're from there also. Here is the link to the Georgia university system courses that you can take online. Even if you are going for your ADN you can still take prereq's online through a university here in Georgia. I wish I had known about this before because I already registered back at the community college that I graduated from to take Devlpmtl Psych and Algebra, but in the Spring I plan to enroll in eCore to just do the rest of my prereq's online.
