You just have to make a cover letter requesting them to fill-up the back portion or the 2nd page (if downloaded) of the Licensed Validation Form from ICHP. This is the same form you gave to PRC (if you are licensed in the Phil.) Include the $60 dollar bankdraft just like you did when you paid the $107 fee. CA BRN only accepts bank drafts and the like.

While at it you might as well request a Copy of Test Results ($10/copy) to be sent to you. This copy is diff. from the letter CA BRN gave you. This is the copy that was sent to them that you passed. It has the NCSBN logo, your digital pic taken on your test site, your exam date, test center location and of course the statement you passed the NCLEX. Just additional evidence that you passed.

hi, lawrence!! additional question!! is it ok if i'll just combine the (60 and 10 dollars) ? or i need another bank draft for the 10 dollars - copy of results? your answer is highly appreciated!! :) :)

You can combine it. No problems. Just say so in your cover letter that you are requesting those 2 services and clearly state that the other one will be mailed to your address.

and now, cgfns/ichp sent me an email confirmation message that they received license from ca bon. the problem is i still don't have an actual license since i don't have ssn # yet. did ca bon perhaps state this in the form they mailed to cgfns/ichp?

moreover, i checked my online visascreen application status & these infos appeared:

license validation form from united states of america n/a,california received but not reviewed

passed cp or nclex waiting for passing test results

do i need to contact the ca bon to again send my nclex passing result to cgfns/ichp? pls. help! your help is deeply appreciated!:)

This is an old thread but if the website indicates they will accept a personal check and it is in USD then they will accept it if not then they wont. Personally I would get a bank draft and be safe
