I have an assignment for an online class that requires having at least 3 experienced RNs fill out this form about their values so that I can do a writing project with the results. The problem is, I don't know any nurses and working and going to school full time it's a little hard to find the time to walk into a hospital and beg busy people to fill out surveys...I'm not really sure how exactly we ARE supposed to do this. So I was hoping if I posted the questions on here a few of you might take a couple minutes to answer. I would really really appreciate it. Thanks.
Carefully review the list. Then rank the list in the order of priority for you in your life. Place the number 1 next to the item on the list that you feel is most important. Place the number 2 beside the next most important item. Continue all the way through all 18 items with the number 18 next to the item you feel is least important for you. No two items can have the same number. If you change your mind as you are going through the list it is OK to change your numbers. When you are done you have a list that indicates what you feel is important in life.
____ A Comfortable Life (a prosperous life)
____ Equality (brotherhood and equal opportunity for all)
____ An Exciting Life (a stimulating, active life)
____ Family Security (taking care of loved ones)
____ Freedom (independence and free choice)
____ Health (physical and mental well-being)
____ Inner Harmony (freedom from inner conflict)
____ Mature Love (sexual and spiritual intimacy)
____ National Security (protection from attack)
____ Pleasure (an enjoyable, leisurely life)
____ Salvation (saved; eternal life)
____ Self-Respect (self-esteem)
____ A Sense of Accomplishment (a lasting contribution)
____ Social Recognition (respect and admiration)
____ True Friendship (close companionship)
____ Wisdom (a mature understanding of life)
____ A World at Peace (a world free of war and conflict)
____ A World of Beauty (beauty of nature and the arts)
