Hi everyone,
I am an OR nurse and I have been offered two jobs - one at the Kapi'olani Women's and Children's Hospital in Honolulu, and the other at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. I am having a terrible time making a decision, since each job and each place offers it's own pros and cons. I was wondering if anyone has worked in either (or hopefully both) of these places, and has any insights to offer. I need to make a decision soon, since I don't want to keep either employer hanging. Please help if you can, and thanks!!

what unit of UCSF did you get an offer at? I had my pediatric clinical over there.
I was offered a position in the Moffitt Long Operating Room, and I have to say, everyone that I've spoken with has been absolutely awesome - prompt, professional, thorough, and very welcoming!! How was your experience?

ohh I wish I had your problem......If the pros/cons of the jobs are cancelling each other out why not check out lodging and activities and such? Craig's list is a good site for real estate all around the world. You can also go to each city's tourism bureau web site for info....(when I fantasize about running away I get on Craig's list and find a nice 1 bedroom with cats allowed in some city far away-it's really just a fantasy...I would never do it....or would I? I really could...naahhhhh)
