Anyone taking physiology by itself? My school doesn't offer A&P together.

I am -- just started!

so am I!! I started last week and already covered so much info. I think this class is going to be more difficult than micro.

Our Anatomy and Phys are two separate classes as well. 450 students were in this last semester of Anatomy with me. Only a handful of us received an A... I'm definitely up for on online study group, as I'm tackling Micro this semester as well.

My college also offer Anatomy and Physiology seperately. My class started this afternoon. We covered introduction of physiology and levels of organization.

My school also does Anatomy and Physiology seperately! So far it seems that physiology is going to be waaay more difficult than anatomy. I got an A in anatomy though so hopefully i will be okay! Is anyone taking it at Sam Houston State? thats where i am :) and that study group thing souns fabulous!

My school does A & P separate as well. I am 2 weeks into phys and feel a wee bit lost already. Really it seems to be review of chemistry stuff so far but our prof has a completely different style for phys than he did for anat. So let's study together!

I am using Human Physiology media update 4th edition by Silverthron for lecture and PhysioEx 8.0 for lab. which books yo guys are using?

Im using Vanders human physiology: the mechanisms of body function 10th edition. My lab was created by my physio teacher. so far we have covered chemical composition of the body, cellular structure, proteins, metabolism, and movement of molecules across cell membranes. So what have you guys covered and how do you guys want to do this study group? do you guys want to ask questions and test each other on it or what let me know so we can start doing this.:typing

I am using the same textbook! We are using a lab manual that one of our professors wrote though. We have gone over Chapters 1, 2, 3, and 4 to this point. Most of it is chem review but it's amazing how much of that chem I forgot! Or blocked...I don't like chem.

Does anyone have any ideas on how we would like to "study" together? Should we just toss out questions to each other as they come up?
