What kind of job do you have to draw blood and start iv's without any typer of certification or degree?

& I had a 5 month training course in phlebotomy and it took me only 3 months to find a job after I was certified*local small hospitals are better for hiring new grads/new certs.

I got my phlebotomy cert last january and still no luck with a job because I don't have the experience that they want. I'm still looking. Good luck.

The more certs and training you have is always a plus. I just finished my cna this past week *yayy!* Under my belt, I have phlebotomy, coding & billing, and accounting certs. In the fall I am going for MA :)

thats great crystalwojno!

Thats about how I did everything except I started with my CNA and then continued my education from there...CNA, QMA,Med Term, Administration, Pharamacology, Phlebotomy...I will offcially have my M.A (associates degree) in dec. Im not sure if have a degree vs. being certified makes a diffrence but I know most M.A jobs here in IN req. being certified whether you have a degree or not....Congrats and Good Luck!
